The breakfast was good and wholesome. The staff were courteous and very helpful in arranging taxis and hire cars for our trips around Denpasar and to Ketawek. They also arranged power adapters for phones and computers. The air conditioner was not working on the keypad and was repaired in 3 hours. Very good air conditioning
No issues. Some minor maintenance needs to be done with a leaking toilet, just needed adjustment or seals

The location, everything is within walking distance, calm at the pool, the pool seemed rather clean (which seems rare in Indonesia). The bed was really big
The room smelled damp. We had to buy tablets to absorb moisture in the air, but our clothes retained the smell. The hotel area is not noisy but the hotel is poorly soundproofed, you can hear all the noises, discussions in the rooms and the corridor, the room doors are not practical because you have to slam them to close, which slams with each passage of each traveler. The walls around the pool could be painted, it would be nicer than seeing the breeze blocks. As for breakfast, we do not recommend it, there is very little choice and what there is, is only salty...
