Upon check-in, customers are required to present the confirmation page, and the credit card used to pay for the booking. The holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking should be part of the traveling party. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival: - Authorization letter with cardholder's signature - Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) - Copy of the credit card holder's passport. The information may be sent to the hotel via e-mail or facsimile. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. The hotel will only accept credit card for deposit payment to secure the booking instead of debit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
