Multiple guests mention the hotel is clean and well maintained (rooms and pool area), though a few reports note issues with exchanged towels being dirty or missing pillowcases — overall cleanliness is still strong.
Numerous positive comments about very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff (several guests name staff positively); one mention of staff being slightly overworked but overall service is consistently praised.
Location repeatedly cited as a major plus: close to dolphin-boat gathering, easy to find, quiet yet near the main tourist area — guests chose it for its convenient placement.
Rooms are generally clean but clearly dated: guests report visible wear and tear, older furnishings, noisy or worn mattresses and occasionally a noisy mini-fridge; acceptable but showing age.
Pool, grounds and on-site amenities receive strong praise (well kept pool, good AC, garden); sea swimming is limited by local corals/sea urchins but hotel amenities themselves are good.
Several guests felt the price was satisfactory or good (some mention discounts making it worthwhile), though comparisons note breakfast could be better at similar-priced hotels — overall perceived as good value.
Food and especially breakfast are the weakest point: multiple mentions of limited/poor breakfast options, small portions, overly sugary items and average-quality fruit — notably disappointing for some guests.
Guests overall report a positive stay: friendly staff, good location and pleasant grounds make it a recommended choice despite dated rooms and underwhelming breakfast — suitable especially for short stays.

The location, cleanliness, the hotel has Balinese charm, beautiful pool, the restaurant is very good, quiet, kindness of the staff who have been accommodating
Despite the comfortable bedding, the rooms are aging and the breakfast could be better (pastries, bread) (average quality fruits) compared to other hotels in the south of the island at the same price, swimming in the sea is impossible due to corals and sea urchins

Large and clean room. All staff are good, especially Mr. Agus. The swimming pool is also nice
Out of 4 rooms, 2 mattresses are starting to deteriorate and make noise when moving
