The room initially assigned was on the 1st floor, but upon the request to be on the same floor as the person I was with, they quickly checked for availability and accommodated us. I am grateful for their prompt response.

The key is locked 🔒. I enjoyed exploring Mas Pasar within walking distance for a leisurely stroll. While my room was fine, there were reports of showers only having cold water in other rooms, but considering the cost performance, I guess it's acceptable... (^^; The restaurant on-site was nice, and I enjoyed the small but beautiful pool in the countryside. I think it's a good place to relax around Ubud.

The best part was sleeping without any surrounding noise at night! The staff is very kind. What I regret is that they have a beautiful pool but it's not maintained - it was very dirty throughout the month I was there, despite several discussions with the superintendent who promised it would be cleaned! Also, the accommodation is not at all like what we see in the photos - a useless terrace in direct sunlight without any equipment, a very dark and poorly equipped room!
