“Good location, needs updating and a good clean”
Staff were friendly. A new barista and espresso machine arrived during my stay. It was great to have a smooth latte. The location of the stay was great as it was close to the beach, shops, and a range of restaurants. The room I had, while giving me lots of space, needed a reasonable amount of maintenance and TLC.
Some repairs had been done but only to a functional level, not aesthetic or finished properly. Towels and the bathroom need to be completely refreshed. While breakfast was ok, a little more care with presentation would have improved the impact a lot.

Large refrigerator. Beds (even though the bedding was not clean upon arrival). Bike rental. Breakfast. Good restaurant next to the 'hotel'!
Bathroom! This really needed overdue maintenance. Toilet seat held by a string, cabinet doors falling out upon arrival. You had to ask for clean towels. The distance to the beach was greater than expected.
