Hospitality and customer service was top notch. The spaciness of the room, the pool was good and decently sized. The location grants accessibility to basic needs. Breakfast was quite good actually.
The TV set was unresponsive, laggy, and it wasn't a smart tv. When the rooms were cleaned, finished toilet rolls were not replaced until requested. Replacement towels could be cleaner.

Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about my stay that I can mention.
The location is extremely inconvenient, as the property is situated in the middle of an industrial area with very little nearby. The property also lacks basic facilities—there is no gym, spa, or even a proper restaurant where guests can sit and have dinner. Most concerning was the private pool in the room: it was dirty, poorly maintained, and the water did not appear to be properly circulated or filtered. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet reasonable expectations.
