Everything is great and the staff is extremely kind, but Arab food is not available and there is no Arab chef, so if you are Arab, you will like the atmosphere but you won't like the breakfast at the restaurant 🥹🥹

Beautiful setting and true to the photos. Staff is extremely kind and always attentive.
The establishment is a bit far from the center of Ubud and the quality of the shower (delay in getting hot water)

The location is not in Ubud center but they provide free shuttle every few hours. It is actually a plus for us because we try to avoid the traffic in Ubud and the hotel is close to the activity spots (ATV, rafting and swing) that we booked from different operators. I love the free massage and the tea ceremony. The massage is done properly even though it's complimentary. The tea ceremony is actually the best part of the stay because the staff is very knowledgeable, and the tea and finger food served are absolutely delicious. The breakfast is not buffet style but very filling and delicious (you can choose from different options from every page in the menu book). The venue is very nice too. The hotel has a view over padi fields which would be amazing during full season. (When we stayed the padi fields were just harvested so it was empty and a bit messy) The staff are very polite and the service overall is good.
The first impression makes us feel a bit uncomfortable. They are very strict during the check-in procedure, handing a few different papers for us to sign (like some sort of agreements) which we have never had in other hotels and we mostly stayed in 4 and 5-star hotels. For example: signing an agreement to pay 50% of the daily rate if you check out after 12 pm (so you have to pay even if you are over 1 hour) and another one for breaking the hotel property and acknowledgment if you are staying with children. I mean it was only 2 of us staying there (no children) and it seems unnecessary and a bit unfair. Maybe they had a bad experience with some guests previously, but it makes us feel judged even before staying there. Next is that the hotel doesn't have a drying rack on the balcony. During our 1-week stay in 3 different hotels in Bali, we found the cloth hanger/drying rack very useful especially when you swim and do lots of water activities.
