Direct access location to Kuta beach
The staff at the lobby were not helpful, no staff helped to unload my belongings from the car when checking in on Sept 12th, '26 around 6:30 PM WITA even though there were several hotel staff walking around the lobby. The parking lot security did not assist either, upon my arrival at the hotel on Sept 13th, '26 at 3 AM, the on-duty security did not greet or help park the car, he was just playing games on his phone.

“Good but could do better”
Pool and location
One of the two rooms was not up to standard: it was dirty. We moved to another room where the electricity cut off every 5 minutes... we moved again. 3 different rooms in 7 days, not great... we did not receive any voucher, no offer; to compensate for these problems... our rooms were not ready when we arrived even though we had given our arrival time, around 2 PM. We had asked for two adjacent rooms, not possible. The staff did not make much effort to help us. I was a bit disappointed with the service.

“Enjoyable stay in Kuta”
Seaside location. Clean room, friendly and professional staff. Very nice pool and ideal location for sunset
The breakfast food is good but not up to par with the rest. Improvement could be made on the Mediterranean breakfast and the quality of some products like jam, juices, and croissants.
