What a lovely place! The cottages are fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and clean. It is an oasis of peace. The pool is very nice and the breakfast is good. Through the owner, we arranged trips and transfers. It is located near shops, restaurants, and Mushroom Beach.

Worked well for me. My regular hotel in this area could not provide all the nights I needed, so I found this place for just 2 nights. Very cozy & quiet - only 4 rooms. All rooms appear the same size and quality with air conditioning, fridge, and bed mosquito nets. Small, but adequate and tasty breakfast options. Location perfect, just 25 meters up a well nighttime lit laneway from the main road and an easy 5-10 minute stroll to Mushroom Bay. All staff were lovely and friendly, but not always onsite, but answer/attend to WhatsApp immediately.
The main areas are wooden decking which needs minor attention due to some unevenness and trip hazard.

The staff is helpful, we had the opportunity to go snorkeling. The price may seem high at first but we are alone on the boat (early morning departure) and at the visiting points. Breakfast is quite decent.
The lighting is not great in the accommodation (even less in the bathroom). The cleanliness, I think, needs to be reviewed (doubt whether the sheets were washed). The dogs at the entrance of the street are sometimes a bit aggressive but the accommodation is not responsible for it!
