The staff did everything possible to meet all my needs during the stay. It is a quiet place and close to everything in Kuta. The value for money is excellent.
Nothing really. Maybe that it does not have the toilet separated from the shower. But it's a minor detail.

The location and the breakfast
Cleanliness, no hot water in the shower, I went to check and asked to change rooms but nothing was done. No flush either and a curtain that doesn't close properly so you can see into the room. Unpleasant staff

The friendly staff
The room was old and urgently needs maintenance. The sink was half loose and dirty. The tap on the sink turned and was loose. The shower mixer was old and heavily rusted. There was a small water stream (first brown water) and sometimes it got warm and then cold. The cabinet had mold on it and I didn't dare put my clothes in it. There were too few power outlets, one for the fridge and one for a lamp, there wasn't even one to charge your phone. Oh, and that beautiful breakfast room from the Booking.com photos was disappointing because it was in the cubicle at the reception.
