Everything about the place is great. But the check-in check-out process is terrible. If you want to check out and go to the airport, allow an extra 15-45 minutes to meet someone in the foyer to get your deposit back. Even with an extra hour's notice, they will be late and add more stress to catch your flight. Not worth the hassle of what is otherwise a nice place. Check-in was the same, even with advanced notice. This could be fixed with lockboxes on the wall; then it would be 5 stars. Please change the check-in and check-out process or just pick a different hotel. It's not worth it, and I was lucky to have a native Indonesian speaker to help out. It could have been worse.

“Forgo the payments made for a 3-day stay due to poor services and transferred to a Swiss hotel.”
Breakfast was not provided as an option. No nearby food outlets available.
Very poor service provided by the host. The charges for the rooms were not transparent, and additional charges were imposed without notification.

“Overall will not recommend.”
You need to contact the person to get keys to the property. The process of communication is one of the worst, if not the worst I've experienced. The runner was late for half an hour for the meeting time. The room is dusty, without toilet rolls, sink drainage was clogged. Overall will not recommend for the amount of frustration they give during a vacation.
