I would not recommend staying here. The room was extremely hot with only a fan, the staff was up until 1AM partying and being very loud even after I asked them to quiet down. Although breakfast was said to be included the staff was not up by 8am to service it so it was not provided by the time I needed to leave. The water in the bathroom came out a yellow-brown color and was not clean. The room itself

We had a great stay! The bed is comfy, the water pressure was good - also for the hot water. The room was clean, and we couldn't hear our neighbors nor the nearby mosque! The breakfast was the best hotel one we have had on our trip! Both the omelets and pineapple pancakes are great. The rooftop dining space where we ate the breakfast is nice. The staff is lovely, and received us with water and drinks when we arrived. The last piece of road is bumpy and not so nice. They charge 75.000 for a scooter/day - a bit expensive, but the motors are very well kept and great to drive! They charge 35.000 or 45.000/pr. Kg. Laundry, depending on this should be normal or express service. However getting it done in the city cheaper is easy. At norton they cannot arrange boats to other islands, but this can be done in Senggigi, which is 10 min away on scooter.
