Cheaper
The toilet is old, the sink is also too old, and the environment has many dogs and dog feces.

It's relatively cheap
Room has a damp smell. The paint is peeling off everywhere. Bathroom is not so clean with spiders and lizards running around. No toiletries provided. There is dirt in the corners suggesting that rooms are hardly cleaned, probably just the bedsheets and linen changed which have seen better days. Location is horrible as you would need to take a Grab with a minimum of 35k to go anywhere near to eat. It is located in a dark alleyway which is littered with dog droppings which you can't see at night. And the dogs bark if you come at night. If you are coming by Grab, ask them to take you all the way to the house, which is one way other than risk walking at night.

Good cost performance
There are many stray dogs in the neighborhood. I was surrounded by five dogs.
