It is quite near Malioboro street.
We didn't get any housekeeping service during our stay there.. The towel is thin and torn.

Lokasinya dekat dengan malioboro Banyak area kuliner dekat hotel jadi tidak susah kalau mencari makan (dekat pasar tradisional yaitu pasar jambu)
No elevator so access to the upper floors is quite difficult for the elderly. Parking space is very limited, if no space at the hotel, then you have to pay for public parking ranging from 50k - 150k per night. Hot water dispenser is only available on the 1st floor near the receptionist, it should be provided on each floor.

“WORTH FOR THE MONEY SPEND.”
LOCATION IS GOOD. NEAR TO MALIOBORO STREET, HAS SPACE FOR DROP OFF. NEAR TO CONVENIENCE MART AND LAUNDRY WHICH CAN PICKUP AND DROP AT HOTEL. ROOM SIZE IS BIG.
AIRCOND NOT COLD, TOILET NOT CLEAN, HOT SHOWER NOT CONSISTENT, SOMETIMES HOT AND SOMETIMES LIKE NOT FUNCTIONING.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price.
The room I was given had a bathroom with no ventilation and no window, which caused a damp, musty smell. The smell lingered in the bathroom and eventually spread throughout the entire room.
