The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was also very good, and our room was nice and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, the hotel overall did not quite meet my expectations. Based on the pictures and descriptions, I had imagined the stay to be somewhat different - while it was not bad at all on-site, it was unfortunately not as I had expected.

The atmosphere.. felt very peaceful surrounded by nature. The staff like Lovi, okta and Wayan are amazing and of course all the others as well.. very warm welcome all the time and they are all very kind.
I preferred a few stair railings. The stairs were steep and I wished I could hold on to something ☺️

Changed rooms for the 2nd night! The breakfast buffet on this day was very delicious and satisfying. The weather was good, so we also went to the infinity pool ^_^
