The bed was very comfortable and the pool beautiful and clean. The issue is that the hotel needs renovations. The bungalow needs updates on the stairs and handrail.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Nusa Penida. Really nice food nearby at Sea Tara and really easy to get taxis to other restaurants as well. Ramesh was an amazing host and helped us arrange bikes and taught us how to ride them. Would really recommend.

First time leaving a comment on Booking, we had no electricity or water on the second day in several rooms. I had to wash elsewhere. The staff was not welcoming at all except for the father, and even then it wasn't really his problem that we were left without water or electricity knowing that I had to take my return ferry the next day without a charged battery? Unacceptable. I asked him to arrange a taxi for me for the next day, something he had not done, so he had to call a last-minute scooter and wanted to charge me the same price as a car taxi! The breakfast is not good... It's his wife and daughters, I think, they look at you like a stranger, no greeting or anything, they don't talk to you, zero hospitality and sympathy.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Large and clean room with good views. Motorcycle rental and taxi service. Would improve the breakfast as it was a bit weak.
