The two rooms we booked were damp, filled with mold, the sheets were stained, and the pillows smelled awful. The bathrooms are in a terrible state, the toilets don't work, and there are cobwebs everywhere. We refused to stay at the hotel because the reception couldn't give us other rooms. The receptionist told us he would cancel the reservation for both rooms; this has still not happened, despite my numerous reminders.
