Nice private +- atmosphere. Nice dogs on the premises, nice staff! That's probably all.
The house needs to be modernized. It's already old, there are holes, the bed needs to be changed. Especially the fabric from Komarov! It's dirty and has never been washed. Yellow stains. You sleep and see them. Everything is very old. The price did not meet expectations

The property itself is well maintained. My room, however, was nothing like advertised. It was thick with patches of black mold and the shower had massive stains all over the floor. It was completely hazardous and I refused to stay. I was never given a refund.
I didn’t like that my room was covered in areas of thick black mold!!

The staff was nice and helpful. Location is convenient. Fairly clean. Room is big.
The room is very dark. The hot water in the shower lasts only for a few minutes, which is not enough to have a full shower. The dogs that live there kept barking every time I came back in the evening and chasing me. Very noisy, some strange music every night, people talking every morning, was impossible to sleep without earplugs. The bed was broken from one side. Lots of ants 🐜.
