Everything. From the varieties of breakfast, excellent and friendly staff who always prioritize customers, to the hotel's highlight which is near Bundaran Hi. We celebrated our anniversary and the decorations were stunning. Thanks to the Guest Services team - Reynatha, Cath, and Rania.
Customer service was a bit slow. When we first arrived, it took more than 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive in our room. Sometimes even a simple request takes at least 30 minutes.
