Very disappointing experience: hygiene and room condition issues plus lack of resolution/compensation from staff led to a negative overall stay.

The location was great, staff excellent and beds were very comfortable. Overall property is well looked after
Suggestion is to have washing machine, coffee sachets, iron and ironing board in each villa.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Verano! We booked two villas for our family gathering, and both were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and La Brisa, making it easy to enjoy Canggu without needing to drive. The villas were well-equipped with a private pool, fridge, cooking essentials, complimentary mineral water, towels, and even toothbrushes, which made our stay very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to assist whenever we needed anything. We also hosted a family gathering here, and everyone commented on how lovely the villas were. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Villa Verano again. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Canggu!

Very disappointing experience. The accommodation was in an unacceptable hygienic condition upon arrival. There was visible mold, dirty and stained mattresses/bed linen, unpleasant smell and overall poor cleanliness throughout the property. The condition of the accommodation did not match the photos or description on Booking.com at all. We reported the issues immediately, provided photo and video evidence and contacted both the staff and management. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the hygiene problems, they only referred to the non-refundable policy and completely ignored the actual issues we raised. No solution, compensation or willingness to resolve the situation was offered.
