“AVOID THIS HOTEL”
A NIGHTMARE UPON ARRIVAL THE RECEPTIONIST DID NOT WANT TO GIVE US THE ROOM PRETENDING HE DID NOT WORK WITH HOTEL.COM EVEN THOUGH WE SHOWED HIM THE CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT RESERVATION IN FRONT OF HIM WITH A MOBILE CAMERA ON THE COUNTER AT THE RECEPTION DESK AND THE MANAGER WATCHING EVERYTHING AND TALKING ON THE PHONE WITH THE RECEPTIONIST THEY WANTED US TO PAY FOR THE ROOM AGAIN IN CASH THE PROBLEM LASTED FOR OVER AN HOUR SEEING THAT WE DID NOT GIVE UP, WE FINALLY GOT THE ROOM! INSECTS ON THE FLOOR, HOLES IN THE CEILING CREATING A HIGHWAY FOR MOSQUITOES. OBSOLETE TELEVISION WITH 2 CHANNELS THE HOTEL PHOTOS AND COMMENTS ARE PURE FAKE. THERE ARE 5 BUNGALOWS ON AROUND 800 SQUARE METERS OF LAND YOU CAN HEAR THE NEIGHBORS TALKING FROM ONE SHACK TO ANOTHER THE POOL IS TINY MAXIMUM THREE PEOPLE AROUND THE BREAKFAST IS A REAL SHAME IF YOU ORDER PANCAKES, THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU A SLICE OF BREAD FOR THE JAM WE GOT SCAMMED AT 33€ PER NIGHT IN KUTA LOMBOK THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS!

“if you haven’t stayed here your missing out”
simply amazing words can’t describe my stay here. the staff here are so helpful and take care of any problems you might have.The owner greeted me with a smile and a cold fruit drink after a long ride getting to kuta. This property has all the amenities you need ac,pool motorbike rental great breakfast and the bungalow are very clean and very roomy. The location is close to everything you need but still far enough away from the street to remain peaceful at night. Enough said by me judge for your self you won’t be disappointed.
