The staff were polite and kind. Food menu was very good.
The road to the residence was very narrow making it difficult to reach. No room service or call or WhatsApp to contact the staff. Hot water wasn’t working on day 1 and was fixed the next day. The mosquito nets was ripped in some places and found few ants and bugs in the room.

Beautiful location near the center. The cottage is fantastic but very noisy. The pool is small but nice. The bathroom is nice but everything is wet after showering.
The shower that couldn't be hung up, very inconvenient.

The staff is very friendly and always attentive to whatever you may need. Varied and tasty breakfast. Magnificent hotel location, less than 5 minutes from the center. Spacious and comfortable room.

The establishment is very cute, very typically Balinese, they are small cabins, there is a pool, food available on site, scooter rental is also possible. We are 10/15 minutes walk from the city center, the road to access it is very narrow, a car barely passes and it is two-way, so it is sometimes complicated by car but Grab and Gojek still go up there. There are warungs nearby and a 24/24 food store. We stayed 3 nights it was too long 1 or 2 nights would have been enough, there is a lot of scooter traffic and tourists who do not respect others and talk until 3 am the walls are as thin as a tissue paper you literally hear the neighbor sneeze. You have to ask not to have room 11 it is right at the entrance. Overall everything was good, clean we did not have hot water the last 2 days. The staff is very helpful.
Unfortunately, there is too much scooter traffic despite being away from the city, the wooden walls are too poorly insulated you hear everything that happens around.
