The view was very beautiful, the staff very friendly and the food was also fine. Price-quality ratio was very good because it was not an expensive hotel
Especially the noise from the road was very tiring. Also, no easy chairs to sit on. I had very noisy neighbors the 2nd night. Especially a lot of noise in the evening and from 6:30 in the morning. I didn't feel like the hotel did anything about it.

It is a good location to visit the center and north of Bali. Nice view of the lake while eating at the hotel restaurant. Offers affordable scooter rental. Offers laundry service. Offers private driver service (drop off and pick up: for us Ubud and Kuta). Very responsive on WhatsApp.
The room was rather dirty and worn out (lots of insects). It was cold because the terrace door let in a lot of air and there was no heating. Very humid bathroom. Overall, we are happy with it but the comfort was not great.

The place and the people who run it are exceptional, super friendly, and very professional.
The difficulty in finding public transportation to get to and from the place. It is super important to have a good combination of public transportation at a reasonable price.
