Lie, we got a room that doesn't match the order. They asked us to cancel the order so that the money could be refunded. We need to check out from the hotel and cancel the reservation. They never processed our cancellation. They just kicked us out

“Terrible”
Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. So unhygienic. Mound everywhere in the bathroom.. stained bedsheets. There was nothing good about the facilities here. The only benefit is that it was a 24/7 reception. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to every stay here.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is good. Pretty quiet. Some sofas / places to sit and eat are available in the common area. Good wifi connection (inside and outside). Bath towels, soap, toothbrush & mini paste and water bottles are provided. Airco and warm water are working. Big beds with comfortable mattresses, some tables available in the room.
Bathroom is old and haven't been renewed for a long time; a lot of spots on the toilet and door, walls have mold, doorknob is loose. There are spots seen on the sheets. Ants in the room. There is a rubbish bin outside the room (ok, good), but it would be handy to have one in the room too.
