I booked this property for 4 nights based on the excellent reviews and because it is advertised as a "villa with a pool." In reality, we were given a wooden hut built on the roof of a three-story building. Non-existent wifi, dirty and minimal bathroom, if you turn on the air conditioning, the walls vibrate making a loud noise, making it impossible to rest. Moldy and dirty refrigerator. We fled after one night. I have a bad memory of the "villa with a pool."

Walking distance to the beach and markets/dining. Middle of Lovina in quiet back street. Rooms spacious with a small fridge. Onsite breakfast cooked to order.
Missed having a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. But staff were happy to supply a thermos of hot water.

The team's welcome was great! Their help was precious and always with a smile! The room is spacious, and the shower water is hot! The location is a 2-minute walk from the beach! Small intimate pool. Perfect!
