First, Water facility was the worst. the drainage was blocked, and the bathroom door couldn't be locked. Because of that, the water used by the shower came into the next bedroom. I thought, why must I pay for the crucial service? Second, there were disposable shampoo trash inside the bathroom. This room wasn't cleaned at all from previous use. Third, the internet connection was so bad. Inside the building, there is a problem with the network. Although they provide wifi service, it can't be detected from the setup screen. It means you can't use the internet inside the hotel. Fourth, the reception was loud all night. The reception area was close to the ground floor rooms. In spite of hotel users sleeping, he or she plays music at a high volume and talks loudly. They disrupt my sleep. Finally, there is no hair dryer in the room.
