Close to Cristal Bay beach on foot.
I didn't have a bedside lamp so I asked for one. I was given a completely broken lamp everywhere! The bedside lamp on the other side of the bed was all moldy. The walls of the room are moldy. The wardrobe in the room does not close properly: there was a Kleenex to close it! Empty bag of chips under our bed. No toilet paper in the bathroom! For breakfast, they didn't have fruit juice and told me I would only have a glass of water as a drink! The pool umbrellas are all moldy and broken. Broken tiles moving around the pool floor. I reported it to them but no one moved to remove the broken tiles! Instead of staying 3 nights, we only stayed one night because it's not possible to stay in a place like this. The staff not very friendly at the reception except for one young person who can't do anything and had to consult with the owner, who told me by message to contact Booking regarding my comments!!! Run away!
