Great views and seating out the front right on the beach, rooms were a good size with a mini fridge and good size bathroom, can swim right in front of the room or a short 50-meter walk to a separate snorkeling area. Location is awesome with many restaurants and bars within walking distance which is great (as there is no restaurant/bar on site). Great rooftop bar/restaurant right behind the accommodation, staff will help with all that is required where possible, first time in Amed and we loved it, so good :)
The bed was hard, mini bar not stocked, no hot water while we were there but this was not a big issue and maybe we were doing something wrong.

It was a perfect stay, I enjoyed the location, the views, and the staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely book again anytime I’m in Amed.

“Affordable Stay with a Beautiful Sunrise..”
The guesthouse is very affordable, and the location is perfect for watching the sunrise.
Considering the low price, I don’t mind that the furniture is a little old. However, the overall cleanliness could be improved. This is not directly related to the accommodation itself, but it was really disappointing to see so much rubbish left on the beach. It would be great if the beachfront guesthouses and hotels could work together to keep the beach clean. It would make the whole area much more pleasant and improve the overall stay. I also feel that there is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and environmental awareness.
