Hotel with good staff, but the gym is extremely noisy... you can hear it even from the closed rooms!!! I feel sorry for the staff in that area who will end up going deaf!!! It's not pleasant to work out with such aggressive and ultra-noisy music!!! Also, the rooms are nice except that there are openings (small 'windows') in the bathroom, so you end up with lizards or huge insects in the room!!! It's not clean!!! Otherwise, this hotel is quite close to a port for access to Bali...

The property was great, very clean, but calling it luxurious might be a bit of a stretch. My biggest issue was with the bathroom, it had a clear plastic cover with shelves in front of it that provided a clear view of the toilet from the room, causing a major privacy problem. The breakfast offered was extremely bad, I'm not a picky person but the flies were terrible, and having uncovered food items and a bug zapper right beside the food was a huge turnoff. I tried twice but just couldn't do it. Additionally, the pancakes were undercooked. These were my negative points; the scooter we rented took us to better dining options at local eateries... the bathroom issues could be uncomfortable for families and for those of you trying to leave a lasting impression.
