Everything was as described, friendly staff and clean facility. On the day of departure, breakfast was prepared for us earlier. We were able to easily rent e-scooters at a fair price directly at the accommodation.
In our perception, something was constantly being burned somewhere in the vicinity, which was associated with a corresponding smell and poor air quality.

The location towards the west side of the island was perfect, just a 5-minute walk away. The east side of the island was about a 20-minute walk. Overall, good location.
I wouldn't know where to start. First of all, our room was not cleaned on any of the 3 nights we stayed there. The first night supposedly because we didn't leave the room key out, but on the next 2 nights, despite leaving it as instructed, it was not cleaned either. Secondly, the bed sheets had stains (when supposedly clean), the towels were not changed, and we had to ask for new ones every day (not to mention the musty smell in the room as the dirty towels accumulated), the toilet paper roll was empty as soon as we entered the room (we clearly doubted the cleanliness of the room prior to our arrival), the pool had a blue/green color on the first day we arrived, and to top it off, while checking all the drawers in our room before leaving, we found a bag full of condoms and lubricants in one of them. This was reported to the staff, they came to see it but the bag remained exactly in the same place when we returned to the room to pick up our luggage. It was definitely a disappointing hotel, especially considering it was the most expensive place during our 1-month trip in Indonesia.

Great team, cool little precinct, self-contained - you could get everything you needed there. Boat, bikes, e-bikes etc. Bungalow was comfortable and had everything we needed.
