The staff, a warm family, is always available in case of need. Upon arrival, they welcome you with a smile and share their WhatsApp contact to facilitate communication. Breakfast is ordered by message or directly on site in the kitchen. Real varied and delicious homemade dishes that we really enjoyed. The room and bathroom are spacious. The location is very convenient: a Mart is just outside and other supermarkets a little further away. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. We only needed a taxi for our trips outside of Ubud.
Although the room is spacious, there was a musty smell. When it rains, you can hear the noise from the room, which can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. There are also construction works nearby, but it didn't really bother me. The access path is not the easiest with suitcases, and the first time you can get a little lost.
