Everything! Staff are amazing. Lagoon pool rooms are the best. Location is great.
We go for the relaxation, so if other guests are inconsiderate with music and partying it's quite frustrating, though the staff are good at requesting the guests to keep it down.

I stayed for 5 nights. First of all, I liked the design. The facilities are new and clean. The room is not very big, but functional. The shower temperature is consistent, the pressure is fine, and all the hotel staff are smiling and kind. On the first day of arrival, they delivered the water I ordered in bulk to the room. The balcony of the room has good ventilation, and you can spend a very cool time while looking at the pool at night. The breakfast is abundant, and you can meet new fruits every day. Besides the buffet, they also bring coffee and egg dishes to the table upon order. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach to watch the sunset. After staying in Seminyak for 5 nights, I also stayed in Nusa Dua, but clearly, this place has better value for money.

The lagoon pool, breakfast, and staff are all wonderful. This is our fourth stay here and we will be back.
