“A beautiful stay with a fantastic sea view and warm hospitality”
We really enjoyed our stay in Nusa Penida. The view from our balcony was incredible, overlooking the swimming pools and the ocean. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel has three swimming pools, but two of them were under maintenance and not available during our stay. The one that was open was quite clean and offered a beautiful view of the ocean.
There were a few things that could be improved. For a 4-star hotel, we found the breakfast selection quite limited, with not many varieties to choose from. The water in the shower also did not flow very well, as if the drain was partially blocked. We also noticed quite a lot of ants in the room, but this did not bother us.

They have a great staff, very kind and always willing to solve any problems and help you feel comfortable. The hotel is far, but they offer free pick-up and drop-off, which is great!
The new building is nice and has a good design, but the curtains in the room are not heavy. In my case, I'm very sensitive to light, and the sunrise in the morning wakes me up at 6 AM because it's very bright and the curtains allow the light to come in. For that reason, I requested to move to a different room, and they moved me to the Bungalows.

“Paradise, Great rooms, the greatest staff, awesome restaurant/food/pools/views/sunrise”
Right from the start the communication was excellent, We caught the fast boat over and sent our location while we were on the boat so the driver that the Hotel organized was there waiting for us, First site of the hotel looked good, one of the best introductions to a hotel in a long time, very friendly staff, the room was amazing with great views, the best sunrise from the awesome balcony out the front of the room, rooms were clean, nice size, good bathroom, aircon, minibar, the resort had an infinity pool with amazing views, opposite a great restaurant where we watched an awesome live show of traditional dancers, there is another large pool above our room, this is a new pool that flows infinity style to another pool that is shallower which would be awesome for kids, there is a swim-up bar in the making, not open yet and still work going on the large accommodation block on the hill but all looks good and fits perfectly for the location also close to Diamond Beach and Tree House.
It was all good and I think the very first 10 I have given on these reviews, different to our normal but perfect for what we were after, if you're looking for nightclubs, busy streets with many restaurants and bars this is not really the spot.
