The reception staff and the manager had reserved rooms at a Booking.com rate and gave me bad rooms that did not suit me and my family. They told me they would give me two rooms that suit me at an additional cost. I agreed and received the two rooms, which were not clean and the air conditioners were hot and bad. When I asked them for a refund, as I did not want to stay there, they refused.
