“OK”
The hotel's location is nice, with many mini markets around, plenty of street food spots, and a local market. The security guards were very kind and professional. They were always smiling and had a good attitude. There is parking available at a very cheap price. The room itself was exactly as described on Booking.
The issue for me was that I expected to have wifi and we did not have it. The wifi only works in a certain area of the hotel, so not all rooms can benefit from it. I had to buy a modem because I needed wifi for work.

The property was close to many street vendors, making it easy to find local food. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated having a small balcony to dry my clothes. The property was generally quiet, except for some other guests having loud conversations occasionally in the hallways. The air conditioning kept my room at a nice temperature.
There was no fridge in the room, which was challenging for me as I take medication that requires refrigeration. There were tiny biting ants throughout the room, making it difficult to store any food in the room (a fridge would have helped with this). The wifi did not work at all in my room, only in common areas, which was of no use to me. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor from below, so I needed to be careful not to get my feet wet when washing my hands or brushing my teeth. The street outside is a little challenging to navigate, with broken footpaths or street vendors and motorcycles parked over them. Make sure you have sturdy shoes with good grip, and be prepared to walk on the road most of the time.
