For solo trip, this hotel was very good. So cozy, the bedroom, the toilet, and all the stuff inside the room. Very neat and clean. And this hotel is so close to Malioboro street (around 800m - 1km). Good job

Nothing
It was one of the worst places I have ever experienced. I am a backpacker and used to low-budget hotels. I do not expect luxury. I accept dirt and cockroaches. So I almost accepted this dirty room. But what is totally unacceptable are beds full of stains of blood, feces, and urine. I asked to see other rooms multiple times, but everywhere looked the same. A hotel employee should be ashamed to offer a bed like that. But the staff here had no understanding. Completely exhausted, I would have slept in a shoebox. But not in these beds. Left the hotel immediately.

Reasonable price for a short stay. The room is well-designed. The location is good. It's about 10 min walking distance to the famous Malioboro street. Quiet environment. This was the good part The bad side, the sheets had stains. The centralized hot shower system doesn't work properly. Takes time for the water to get hot and it's not consistent. The AC was not cold even at the lowest temp. Didn't bother to complain as we were just spending in the room for a couple of hours to sleep. We were out very early in the morning and only back at late night.
