Firstly, the property is misleading as it’s very very far from the city center, almost 15-20 km. It took us more than 1 hour to reach from the Harbor. We booked a suite room, the room located in such a bad area covered by bugs and big insects. The stay was horrible, and we are scared to stay in the room. Food and staff were good.

This is a beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. It was raining when we visited, and watching the rain from the large window in our room was just magical. We were well taken care of the whole time. A special shoutout to Puspa for the excellent service.

“Roosters, cicadas, and staff out of order”
We stayed 3 nights, all that we heard of the 'jungle' was non-stop screaming roosters and cicadas. In the morning, Muslim prayers. Staff is out of order like receptionists, not able to communicate properly. Offering to help and pick up from the port, taxi never arrived, we waited for 20 min, phone off. We took another taxi, when we arrived she wasn't able to say we are sorry that is our mistake, just said ok, forget about everything, now is your holidays. At least on check out, another woman told that yes, it was their mistake. We had later again - the driver forgot to pick us up, we had to call again and wait for 30 min. Only one guy working in the restaurant and once late evening in reception was really nice and helpful. Rooms super humid, doesn't help even AC on 18 C. All our clothes became wet, and the ones that were really wet after diving stayed the same. We had to wear again the same wet. In 2 weeks in Bali, never experienced anything similar. Overrated and overpriced!!!
