“Just Superb.”
Everything was just great as you get there. Close to places you would like to visit and far from city noise. Very easy to stay there as a base to get to Rice fields, Tirta Empul Temple, Kintamani Region to see Mt Batur Volcano and all the cultural scenes you would like to visit. Besides Ubud is known as Yoga Center. So if you are into it, it's a must-go. Walking distance there is a Yoga Wellness Center.
Really, nothing. They got all and more than what you expect and a super nice private clean pool to use in front of your door garden.

“Beautiful villa, although improvable”
The villa is beautiful, very spacious, and located in a very pleasant environment. It is an accommodation where, in general, you feel very comfortable. The general cleanliness upon our arrival was very good. The sheets and towels were of good quality and spotless. We also really liked the detail of providing amenities such as toothbrushes, gel, shampoo, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and has practically everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the villa, in general, is very cozy. We also want to highlight the good disposition of the staff when we finally managed to contact them. As a gesture for the inconveniences caused during our stay, they offered us a free Balinese massage for the three of us, which we enjoyed a lot and sincerely appreciate.
The villa needs a bit more maintenance. Although the general cleanliness was good, we found some elements that needed a deeper cleaning or better maintenance: stains on the shower floors and inside the bathtub that seem to require specific treatment, broken cushions, stains on the living room sofa and also on the outdoor cushions. As for equipment, we missed a washing machine and a microwave. The pool water was quite cloudy from the first day, and we had to ask for it to be checked. The most important incident occurred during the early morning when a large water leak occurred in the garden. A lot of water was coming out, and the garden became flooded. It took us approximately an hour and a half to receive a response, and, not getting help, my husband had to go out to find the shut-off valve and cut off the water. We were practically awake all night and ran out of water throughout the villa until they could solve the problem. We were especially surprised that there was security personnel during the night and that no one detected the leak, as it made a lot of noise. Finally, we left some slippers outside to dry, and one of them disappeared during the night. We searched the entire outdoor area, they also helped us, but it did not appear. We understand that there may be animals in the environment that take objects, but we believe it would be important to warn guests not to leave belongings outside at night.
